How long until the site is live?
A simple page takes 5–7 days. A full site, 2–3 weeks. An online store, 3–5 weeks. The timeline is written into the proposal.
I have no copy or photos. Is that a problem?
No. I write the copy from our conversation and handle the images. If you have none of your own, I point you to properly licensed options.
Do I own the site, or is it locked to you?
You own it. The domain is registered in your name, and if you ever move provider I hand everything over at no cost. I aim to be kept, not to lock you in.
What does the monthly fee actually pay for?
Hosting, SSL, daily backups, updates and the content changes you need. It is not rent for the site — it is the service of keeping it alive.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes — a valid Portuguese invoice for your accounts, with your company NIF. Payment by transfer, MB WAY or card.
What languages do you work in?
Portuguese, Spanish and English. Write in whichever you prefer — and your site can ship in more than one.
