Terms & Conditions

These terms cover the website, online store, hosting, maintenance, search visibility and automation services provided by ZerQ Technologies.

Prices shown on this site are reference figures and exclude VAT. Every project starts from a written quote stating scope, timeline and a fixed price, valid for 30 days.

Unless agreed otherwise, 50% is due at the start and 50% on delivery. Hosting and maintenance fees are billed in advance and may be cancelled with 30 days' notice.

On full payment, the client owns the domain, the content and the delivered site. If they move to another provider, the handover is free of charge.

Internal libraries, components and tooling reused across projects remain the property of ZerQ Technologies, licensed to the client in perpetuity for that site.

We commit to keeping services available and secure, but are not liable for third-party failures (hosting, domain or payment providers) or for content supplied by the client.

The client warrants that they hold the rights to any text, images and trademarks they provide.

Portuguese law applies. Consumers may use the electronic complaints book at www.livroreclamacoes.pt and refer disputes to the competent alternative dispute resolution bodies.
