Only what you send through the contact form: name, email and, if you choose to give them, phone number and business name, plus your message.

There is a single purpose: to answer your enquiry and, if we go ahead, to deliver the service agreed. The legal basis is your consent and, once a proposal is accepted, performance of the contract.

This site uses no advertising or profiling cookies. Any visit statistics are aggregated and anonymous, and identify no individual.

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted after 12 months. Where there is a contract, billing data is kept for the periods required by Portuguese tax law.

We do not sell or pass on your data. We use technical providers — hosting, email delivery and payment processing — who act as processors and are bound by the GDPR.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Just write to zerquera.pro@gmail.com — we reply within 30 days.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may complain to the CNPD, the Portuguese data protection authority.
